The exam scores and E-Certificates have been released for BCBR - December 21, 2025 Exam.
How to check Results?
Go to nptel.ac.in and click login which is available in the top right corner of the website.
You can click on the Google / Microsoft link provided and can login with your registered email ID.
We highly recommend using a desktop or laptop(Google Chrome/Microsoft/Mozilla—incognito browser) for BCBR course activities.
Note: You need not use the username and password.

The BCBR - Proctored exam (March 15, 2026) registration form is open.!
Dear course participants,
The BCBR exam registration medical form is currently open for March 15, 2026.
You can complete the registration process for the proctored examination ONLY if you have scored a minimum of 50% in each of the 23 assignments.
If you have NOT secured a minimum of 50% in all the assignments, your exam registration page will be displayed as "No Enrolled Courses Available to Register".
Please make sure that you have scored a minimum of 50% in all the assignments before registering for the proctored exam.

We highly recommend using a desktop or laptop (Google Chrome/Microsoft Edge/Mozilla Firefox in incognito mode) for BCBR exam registration. Please do not use the same device for multiple exam registrations, and avoid using another participant’s enrolled email ID for registration.
Important note:
1. Pay the exam fees and submit the form well in advance to avoid a last-minute rush; registration after the deadline will not be permitted
2. BCBR Course provider (ICMR-NIE) and SWAYAM-NPTEL cannot take responsibility for last-minute technical glitches/issues.
3. During registration, before submitting your exam form, please double-check the NAME and DATE OF BIRTH you entered.
4. According to the SWAYAM-NPTEL exam registration policy, you cannot register for your exam using the email ID of someone who has already received a course certificate from the SWAYAM-NPTEL platform.
5. According to the SWAYAM-NPTEL Exam Registration and BCBR course Policy, once the registration deadline has passed, no changes can be made regarding:
- Cancellation of registration
- Exam date change
- Rescheduling
- Multiple exam registrations are not allowed at a time
- Refunds
- Change of exam Centre
6. If you want to cancel the registration, please click the Refund tab in the Courses section on your exam dashboard. The refund amount will be credited to your account within 15 working days. (*NPTEL cancellation policy is applicable)
7. After the successful exam registration, you will receive an acknowledgement email from the NPTEL.
8. The Hall Ticket download link will be sent to the exam-registered email ID and will be published on the BCBR course announcement page a FEW DAYS before your exam.
9. NPTEL will send the BCBR exam result link to your registered email within a month. It will also be published on the BCBR course announcement page.
10. Kindly check the BCBR course announcement page regularly for exam-related updates.

Registration for BCBR proctored exam registration- "No Enrolled Courses Available to Register".

You will be able to successfully complete the registration process for the proctored examination ONLY if you have scored a minimum of 50% in each of the 23 assignments.

Please ensure that you have scored the minimum 50% in all the assignments before registering for the proctored exam.
Using a mobile phone for proctored exam registration increases the chances of registration failure. So, it is much more reliable to use a Desktop/laptop(Google Chrome/Microsoft/Mozilla browser) for the course activities.

Do not use more than one email id to enroll in the course
The participant who enroll in this course should use the same email id as the course undergoes the following process
1. Enrollment
2. Submission of Assignments
3. Receiving the eligibility mail for examination registration
4. Examination registration
5. Receiving hall ticket
6. Proctored examination results
7. Collecting e-Certificates
• Do not use more than one email id for enrollment and assignment submission to avoid receiving multiple confusing information
for proctored examination
• You will receive all notifications related to the course to your enrolled email id only
• The responsibility of keeping the email id valid till the end of the course lies with the participant. Hence, it is recommended that
the participant preserves the enrollment credentials (i.e., username and password) securely throughout the course

Dear course participants
We thank you for joining the self-paced online course Basic Course in Biomedical Research
You can now access the video lectures and other resource materials.
Before you start the course we would like you to go through the points mentioned below to have a smooth experience till you complete the course.
1. Use a single email ID for this course till completion. Make a note of the password of your email. We do not store your password and hence it will not be possible for us to retrieve your password if you forget or lose it. The password can be retrieved using the ‘forgot password’ option of your email provider (for e.g., Gmail). However, in case you forget your login ID we will be able to retrieve your email ID based on the unique mobile number you used while registration.
2. While enroling for the course, enter the 10-digit mobile number that you use personally which is unique to you. Do not leave it blank or use another person’s mobile number. You will get important updates in the entered mobile number.
