| I am feeling sentimental about end of this course! Two months have passed in no time, I became happy! Everyday in the evening after coming from office I used to watch your videos religiously. Sir I am from technical background, and have never learnt soft skill. Before this course I was knowing that Personality means simply the outlook/dress up/makeup, etc., of a person. After doing this course, I have change a lot and now I have forgotten the term “Anger”. Now I am able to understand the term “Humans and Humanity”. All the short stories used in the lecture were simple but highly effective. Your Etiquette session was superb! And the last week lecture was splendid! The most interesting was the summary in single slide. Keep sharing such thoughts so that humans behave like humans. The whole world has become selfish and inhuman. Most people have removed the word called humanity from their dictionary. I promise you sir I will apply these thoughts in the life. I used to take NPTEL courses related to my subject only ( Biotechnology). Recently I got promoted as Principal of Govt.Degree College, I started to search for a course to develop my administrative skills. I am still having sixteen years of service.
I am happy for making a Right choice by joining this soft skills course.The way the course is designed covering every aspect of both personal & professional life by coding various examples is highly appreciated.The course made me learn, adapt and grow my personality.I am highly thankful to you Sir. Every part of the course is amazing - the PPT, the Highlights and briefing before every module, content delivery, the stories ( sure,I will never forget them and want more), framing of assignment and final exam questions.I just imagined myself in every part of the course content. I enjoyed the journey and learned a lot.
I tried to motivate 30 of my college students and my own son in joining the course. Five of them had taken Final exam. As a mentor, I used to take classes and tried to explain them in Telugu. I prepared 60 pages notes for the students for better understanding.
I am eagerly waiting to join the next part of the course Enhancing Soft skills and personality.Thanks a lot to NPTEL team for offering such wonderful courses.

During my time at IIT Patna (2020-2024), there was an elective on Soft Skills in the 5th semester. Although I chose a course in Financial Economics instead, I always had curiosity about the Soft Skills course. That curiosity led me to your lectures, and once I started watching them, I found them immensely informative, engaging, and truly life-changing. This motivated me to complete both of your courses in full.
Your teachings have helped me not just academically but personally as well.
