Prof. Priyanka Verma is an Associate Professor in the Operations and Supply Chain Management area at the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai. She has completed her M. Tech and Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur in Industrial and Management Engineering (IME), before which she did her B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering, BIT, Durg). Her teaching and research interests include Supply Chain Network Design, Supply Chain Risk and Resilience, Quantitative Modeling, Facilities Planning, and Manufacturing Strategy modeling. She has also presented/ published her work at different national/ international conferences/ journals of repute viz - International Journal of Production Economics, International Journal of Production Research, Computers and Industrial Engineering, Production Planning and Control. So far she has guided 6 Ph.D. candidates and over 30+ master’s students. She is regularly involved in industry-based consultancy services and training for mid and senior-level managers of reputed organizations.

Prof. Sushmita Narayana is an Associate Professor in the Operations & Supply Chain Management Area at the Indian Institute of Management, Mumbai. Sushmita completed the Fellow Programme in Management (PhD) from the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode, prior to which she completed her B.E. (Industrial Production Engineering, Osmania University, Hyderabad). During her doctoral studies, she was also a Shastri Indo-Canadian Institute Research Intern at HEC Montreal, Canada. At NITIE, she teaches subjects such as Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Statistics, Quantitative Methods and System Dynamics and has carried out various executive training and consultancy assignments across domains such as Public Procurement, Supplier Capability Assessment, Inventory Management and Supply Chain Management in industries such as Railways, Port Logistics, Aviation Optimization, Telecommunications, Fibre Cables, etc. She headed the research and outreach activities for the Centre for Supply Chain Management at NITIE (2018-19). Currently, she is also a Short-Term Consultant with the World Bank for a project on “Technology-enabled textbook supply chains in Nagaland”. Her research interests lie in the field of sustainable supply chains, reverse logistics, packaging and e-commerce, healthcare supply chains, systems thinking, analytical modelling and game theory applications in operations management. Her research has appeared in international journals such as the European Journal of Operational Research, Journal of Purchasing & Supply Management, Journal of Cleaner Production, Benchmarking – An International Journal, and the International Journal of Logistics Management.

Prof. Debabrata Das is an Associate Professor in the area of Analytics and Data Science at Indian Institute of Management, Mumbai, India. Prior to this, he was Assistant Professor at Indian Institute of Management Kashipur. He did his Ph.D from SJM School of Management, Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. Before embarking into Ph.D, he completed his Master’s degree from Department of Mathematics, Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and also worked as a Risk Analyst for two years in Citi Group Global Services Ltd. His research and teaching interests are in the area of Supply Chain Modelling and Optimization, Multi-Objective Optimization, Industrial System Dynamics and Simulation, Closed-loop Supply Chain. He has published his works in reputed international journals such as International Journal of Production Economics, International Journal of Production Research, Computers & Industrial Engineering, Journal of Cleaner Production, Journal of Multi‐Criteria Decision Analysis. He actively engages himself in industrial training and consultancy projects.
