Each session of the exam will consist of 4 programming problems which you have to solve in 3 hours. There will be one question with 20 marks, two with 25 marks and one with 30 marks.
There will be no objective questions or fill-in-the-blanks type questions in the exam.
The programming environment is given by TCS. Kindly refer to the following video, prepared by Prof. Shankar Balachandran of IIT Madras, giving an overview of the TCS platform. The platform includes a debugger, so it should be convenient for you to code.
There is a minor change from the instructions in the video -The platform now supports time outs explicitly and treats them as failed cases. Test cases that pass can get partial grades.
